  1. Processing and Build Time:

    • Each tiny home is built to order and requires 2 weeks (10 business days) for construction.

  2. Shipping Timeframe:

    • After the build is complete, shipping takes approximately 36 business days.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen logistical issues.

  3. Total Delivery Time:

    • The total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery is 46 business days.

  4. Shipping Areas:

    • We currently deliver within the continental United States. If you're outside this area, please contact us to confirm shipping availability and additional charges.

  5. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
    • Any additional fees or surcharges will be clearly communicated during the purchase process.

  6. Delays and Updates:

    • If we experience any delays, we will notify you immediately with an updated timeline.
    • Orders delayed beyond 60 business days are eligible for a full refund (as outlined in our Refund Policy).
