    • We require 2 weeks (10 business days) to construct your tiny home.
    • Delivery takes an additional 36 business days.

  2. Maximum Delivery Timeframe:

    • If we fail to deliver your home within 60 business days from the date of order confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase amount.

  3. Refund Process:

    • In the unlikely event of a delay exceeding 60 business days, please contact us immediately.
    • Once your refund request is confirmed, we will process the full amount within 7 business days.
